At Telescopes, we want to ensure you have the perfect view of the cosmos; if you are not completely satisfied with your optical equipment, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to select the order and specific astronomical equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the telescope and all accessories, including eyepieces and mounts, in the original manufacturer packaging and double-box the shipment to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the precision optics are in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
